Just to the left of the front doors of this building, located at 2154 Dundas Street West on the northwest corner of Ritchie Avenue, a block east of Roncesvalles Avenue, can be found this 2011 Heritage Toronto plaque. Here's what it tells us:

This building was designed by architect James Walker as a three-storey factory for Benjamin Harvey. Architect William F. Sparling designed two more storeys, which were added in 1922 by the Toronto Feather & Down Co. Distinguishing features include the roofline cornice and industrial-scale windows.
